1. General
These terms govern your use of our website and any bookings made with Humsafar Holidays. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Booking & Payment
• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance/token payment of 50% of the total tour cost.
• The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• All prices quoted are per person on twin-sharing basis unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed with payment.
• Prices exclude items not specifically mentioned in the itinerary, such as airfare tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, personal expenses, tips, Tax Collected at Source (TCS), any tourism fee payable directly at the destination upon arrival (where applicable), and any government taxes introduced after quotation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at here. By booking with us, you agree to those cancellation terms.

4. Amendments to Bookings
Any request to change travel dates, destinations, or package inclusions after booking is subject to availability with our suppliers and may incur additional charges. It is essential to review all details before making a booking, including the hotel’s location, category, facilities, amenities, surroundings, room view, room size, bed type, and proximity of rooms to each other.Please note that we are not liable for any issues guests may encounter. We cannot provide refunds, credit notes, or changes to the hotel or room. Before booking. While we are here to assist with any concerns, the ultimate responsibility lies with the guest

5. Passport, Visa & Travel Documentation
It is the traveler’s responsibility to hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID proof) required for the trip. While we may assist with visa processing guidance, Humsafar Holidays is not responsible for visa rejections, delays, or denial of boarding/entry due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Our Role & Liability
Humsafar Holidays acts as a booking agent facilitating arrangements with third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport operators, and local tour operators. we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, delays, cancellations, or negligence of these third-party suppliers, or for events beyond our reasonable control we are not responsible for difference in cost arising due to extra usage of vehicle, other than scheduled & mentioned in the package itinerary , any difference in cost arising due to mishaps, political unrest, natural calamities like – landslides, road blockage, etc.all items of personal nature

7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Travel insurance is not included in package prices unless explicitly stated.

8. Traveler Conduct
We reserve the right to deny boarding/service or cancel a booking, without refund, in cases of behavior that endangers the safety or comfort of other travelers or violates supplier policies.

9. Website Use
All content on this website (text, images, package descriptions) is the property of Humsafar Holidays unless otherwise credited, and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra.
